The best way to describe NorthStar for me would be the common saying “when you stop looking you may find exactly what you’re looking for”. It would be difficult for me to explain how powerful I mean those simple words to be. I love a lot of things about my job, but most of all, good, bad, and otherwise I love that we all make sense out of it together.
NCS is a great company to work for. I have had many jobs, but NCS is the only one that I have actually enjoyed going to work. They have taken really good care if me over the almost 3 years of employment with them. I love working with the people we take care of, it is a very rewarding experience. Not only for me, but you can see the impact made on their lives also! There isn’t anything else I’d rather do for work. 10/10 company!
I enjoy my job here at NorthStar! It’s rewarding to be able to work directly with clients while creating a relationship with them, their families, the county, etc. NorthStar works closely with their staff to ensure they are happy with their positions. Great pay! Even when just starting out!

We have locations throughout St. Louis, Carlton, and Pine Counties serving over 300 individuals every day.
