Community Living Services are provided in a licensed setting home which can be customized for a single person or up to four individuals in a family home setting. All of NorthStar’s Residential Settings are in St. Louis, Carlton, and Pine Counties. We have homes available for adults and children.
Our programs develop custom treatment plans with individuals and their support teams to offer Person Centered Services to help individuals reach their goals. NorthStar can assist with a wide variety if goals including, mobility, improving independence, money management, personal care, and improvement with mental health and social connections.
NorthStar is dedicated to helping individuals feel at home while they stay with us. Our Residential Programs have many support services to help support individuals including, Life Enrichment activities, Positive Support Services, Nursing Services, dedicated Residential Maintenance staff, and frequent agency social activities.
NorthStar homes have flexibility to the level of care individuals need within homes and attempt to offer opportunities for people to share homes with similar individuals with similar interests as often as possible.
