In-Home Services is DIR Floortime Therapy provided in the individual’s home 1:1 with a provider working on goals outlined in their individualized treatment plans (ITP).
Our mental health professionals can evaluate for program eligibility through the comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluation (CMDE), then develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITP) through a 1:1 ratio and group learning experiences.
Our team will be your partner and advocate in navigating access to wrap around services that your child may qualify for through care coordination, family and caregiver training, and transitional planning when your child no longer needs this level of care service.
