You can simply start by contacting us. We will help you navigate what options you may have to assist you. NorthStar Services does not provide a service to assist you, we will help you with information about other companies that may be able to help!

NorthStar Service’s mission is to provide services to EVERYONE in our community, including those without health insurance. No one is denied services due to an inability to pay. We operate on a sliding-fee scale. Please call (218) 879-2119 for more information!

NorthStar Services can help people at one of three locations: in the community, at your home, and remotely. Our staff will also assist you with arranging transportation through medical and public transportation options.

Yes! We have service options that are with and without animal-assisted treatment models.

We would love to meet you! We believe it is best to choose a provider that will assist you with living your best possible desired life, and not all relationships are a perfect fit! We want you to feel comfortable, motivated, and excited for the future while participating in our programs.

We provide multiple services in various departments including Residential, Employment, Housing, Behavioral Health, and Magnolia Care (PCA services). You can find more information under each department’s page on our website.
