NorthStar provides a wide variety of In-Home and Community supports to help people live a life of independence and reward within their own homes. Services can range from In-Home Supports, Night
Supervision, Medication Set-ups, help with integrating into the community, and even simple check-ins with our team to offer supports whether in person or even virtually! Our team includes Direct Care Staff, Social Workers, and even a Nurse. These services are meant to provide a large variety of support through the same team to improve communication and supports to those we serve.
