As a High Intensity Behavioral Technician, you’ll work one-on-one or in small teams to support individuals with significant behavioral challenges. Under the direction of a BCBA, you’ll implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and provide support across a variety of environments — including homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.

Your focus will be on safely managing high-intensity behaviors, teaching replacement skills, and fostering greater independence for the individuals you support.
